This is a scientific depression rating scale that asks about common symptoms of depression such as trouble sleeping, loss of interest in fun things, and changes in appetite. Symptoms of depression are rated from minimal to severe.
Part of this depression test is also a non-profit scientific study that wants to find out if having depression symptoms associates with other changes or illnesses in the body. Information from this test is also collected anonymously for scientific and educational purposes only, and will not be used for commercial or any other tracking purposes. This app is all free, with no advertising.
